Great Backpack Set for Preschool and Early School Years
I got this backpack set for a young child, and it has been a great choice. Having the backpack, matching lunch bag, and pencil case all included makes it a convenient and practical set for school. The backpack is a nice size for younger children. It has enough room for books, folders, snacks, and other daily essentials without being overly bulky or heavy for little shoulders. The inside divider also helps keep everything organized. The matching lunch bag is well sized for packing a meal and a few snacks, and the pencil case is perfect for holding crayons, pencils, and other small school supplies. The material feels durable and appears well made. I also like that it has a waterproof finish, making it easy to wipe clean after everyday use. One feature that really stands out is the reflective strips. They add an extra level of visibility during early mornings or evenings, which is a thoughtful safety feature that parents can appreciate. The construction appears to be well done, with neat stitching, smooth zippers, and no visible defects or loose threads that take away from the look or usability. This backpack set is much better quality than I was expecting a preschooler pack to be. The fabric is a smoother version of waterproof backpack material, with a mild sort of sheen when the light hits. Nothing like sparkly or shimmery, just a slight sheen that's suited to boys and girls. The coloring is good, but what looks white in the photos is actually pale ivory. It's a pleasant, gender neutral palate. The inner linings are also waterproof, making the whole set easy to wipe clean. The linings are smooth, light grey nylon for the pack and pencil case, and silver insulation material for the lunch case. All pieces have smoothly operating zippers and strong, secure stitching and assembly. The front hooks on the pack are just for show, as that top pocket has handy Velcro closures. The lunch case has light padding, but the other 2 have thicker padding, especially the backpack. It has excellent padding throughout, including the shoulder straps and upper/lower back areas. The inside padding is very cushiony as well, and the main compartment has a well-padded laptop storage section. The seller is limiting this by saying it's a toddler/preschooler set, when it can be used by (and seems more suited for) adults and teens. It's not toddler sized, but more like a somewhat smaller adult pack. The same goes for the other cases. The set isn't so big that little kids can't handle it, but I recommend these packs for any age. They're great for school, but durable enough for travel and camping.

Very cute and perfect for the little ones thru preschool to carry. Material soft, mesh back could help keep back cool. Came airtight with a smell. Need to open and expose to air before using!

I use it as a diaper bag. It's perfect and compact. I fit a good amount of diapers a pack of wipes a can of formula extra clothes for my baby a water bottle and my wallet.

I have to admit I'm a little envious that my son gets to use this backpack. I'd have liked it for myself! He needs to carry a fairly heavy medical device as well as a water bottle and this backpack makes it so easy to do that comfortably. The straps are nice and wide and very thickly padded, and I love the extra cushioning in the lumbar and upper back areas. The chest strap is a really important feature for us, helping to keep the bag on and distribute the weight a little better.
Capacity is great, giving you plenty of room to carry the included lunch bag and pencil case along with your other items. I ordered the 15" Kid size, which fits fantastically on my small 9 year old. I think this size would suit any school-aged kid.
I love the appearance of the backpack, which is smart and not too juvenile. As I mentioned I'd be happy to carry this bag myself as an adult! At $25 at the time of my order, I think the value for money is good considering the extras of the insulated lunch bag and pencil pouch. It's certainly far better quality than cheaper backpacks and I think we'll worth the extra little investment.
